LifeSpann provides PPD (purified protein derivative) tuberculosis skin testing for healthcare workers, students, employment requirements, and travel clearance. The two-step process ensures accurate results for individuals who haven't been tested in the past year.
A small amount of PPD is injected just under the skin of the forearm. You return 48-72 hours later for the reading, where a trained provider measures the induration (raised area) and documents the result for your records or employer.
We provide same-day appointments for testing and reading, and complete the documentation employers, schools, and licensing boards require. Two-step testing typically takes 1-3 weeks total depending on your timeline.

Cancellation Policy: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment for all new patient consultations and procedures — our front desk will reach out to collect it after you book. The deposit is applied toward your visit cost. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
