LifeSpann Primary Care & Esthetics was born from a simple yet powerful vision: to create a healthcare practice where every patient is treated like family. Founded by Garrett Spann, a decorated Marine Corps veteran and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, LifeSpann reflects the values of service, integrity, and dedication forged during his military career.

After years of serving in various healthcare settings, Garrett recognized a gap in how healthcare was delivered. Too often, patients were rushed through appointments, treated as numbers rather than individuals. He envisioned a practice where quality time with patients was the norm, not the exception.

Located in the heart of Gilbert, Arizona, LifeSpann combines comprehensive primary care and hormone optimization with rejuvenating esthetics services. Our dual approach allows us to care for the whole person — addressing medical needs, hormonal health, and personal wellness goals under one roof.
